The programs are developed around a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter. 9Round™ delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 30 minute workout with no class times and a trainer with you every step of the way.

Our Mission

Our mission is to "Get American Fit, 9 Rounds at a time". We know that the traditional "big box" gym is not for everybody. Our goal is to bring the authentic "Philly Style" boxing and kickboxing training to the average person in a convenient and affordable 30 minute workout. Our job is to make sure you leave our gym sweating, smiling, and learning.

The Workout

We know that time is money. That's why the convenience of a circuit is so important. Your start your workout whenever you want; morning, afternoon, or evening.
Each of the 9 rounds is different, challenging, and fun. From learning how to jump rope to hitting the speed bag, you will never get bored. The 30 minutes will be over before you know it.
Our members can't stop saying, "This is the Best workout I have ever had". That's because you will work every muscle in your body simultaneously, with no complicated machines or silly aerobic routines
The best part is there is a trainer with you every step of the way, to motivate you and push you so you see results. FAST!!

Do I need Boxing and Kickboxing experience? No. However you do need to be fitness minded and enjoy working with people. If you enjoy staying fit and helping people, this is the Franchise for you. Successful 9Round owners come from all walks of life. Some have extensive business backgrounds, some have served in the military, some are personal trainers, and some have never operated a business.
Do I get a Territory with a 9Round Franchise? Absolutely, you will get a 5 mile territory and a population of up to 100,000 people. We will not put another Franchise within 5 miles in any driving direction of your center. We want to set you up for success.
How many ways can I make money with a 9Round Franchise? You guessed it. 9Round has 9 different ways you can make money.
What does the training involve? You will visit the 9Round training facility in Greenville SC. You will go through a 5 day intensive training program that will teach you not only how to kick and punch, but how to operate the business. The staff here at 9round has had over 17 years experience in a membership and self-improvement business. Also you will have training from one of the best boxing trainers in the world, Mr. Xavier Biggs.

What is the perfect location size for a 9Round Franchise? 1200-1500 square ft. of retail space is just right. We like to keep our businesses lean, mean, and a profit machine. Also, a smaller space is more intimate and you can give every client a personal touch.
